2. How long does it take for my order to arrive? The production and delivery process takes approximately 2-4 business days for the first 30 orders placed. Anything placed after will take 10-15 days. This period allows us to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of each item before shipping it to you. As a new/small brand we appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? Unfortunately, once a order is placed and confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

4. Will I be charged immediately for my order? Yes, your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the order. This helps us initiate production promptly and ensures that your desired items are reserved.

5. What if there's a delay in the order production process? While we make every effort to stick to the estimated timeline, unforeseen circumstances might cause slight delays in production or shipping. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you via email, keeping you informed about the revised shipping schedule.

6. What if there's an issue with my order, such as a defect or sizing problem? If you encounter any issues with your items, such as defects or sizing discrepancies, please contact our customer support team immediately. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and we will work to resolve any problems promptly.

7. Can I return or exchange items? As items are specifically manufactured for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. However, if there are any quality issues or defects, please refer to our return policy, and our team will assist you accordingly.

8. Are items limited edition or exclusive? Yes, many of our items are limited edition or exclusive designs, making them extra special and unique. By securing an order, you guarantee ownership of these sought-after pieces.
